We are Atlas Mediation, 4 Kaynes Park, Ascot, SL5 8DP. We are registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office Register of Data Controllers and act as a data controller. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you.

5. Additionally, our website may use cookies which are small text files which are placed on your
computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work
more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

6. Confidentiality is key in providing mediation services. We take your privacy very seriously. We will
never, unless required to do so by law, disclose your personal information without your explicit
consent. We will process the personal information about you that we collect, store and use for the

(a) to enable us to comply with our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations;
(b) to allow us to provide mediation services to you;
(c ) to update and enhance our client records; and
(d) to send you publications, and marketing communications, if you have consented

(c) In order to establish our legal rights, or to exercise or defend those rights;

Your Rights

12. Atlas Mediation aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use

(a) To access and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you. This is usually done in

(c) To request the deletion of Personal Data held about you.
15. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. There is
not normally a fee for this process, but we reserve the right to charge for administrative costs where
the request is excessive or manifestly unfounded.

Changes to Policy

17. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any point in time. Should such revisions take
place an updated policy will be uploaded to our website.
Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

18. Any legal issues arising out of, or in connection with, this policy are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The applicable law is also, exclusively, that of the
law of England and Wales.
